He was predeceased by: his grandson Eric MacColl; his parents, Ted Jackson and Florence Jackson; and his siblings, Lavina, Irma, Melda, Robert, Wayne and Melford.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Jackson; his daughters, Yvonne Parasynchuk (Kenny) and Jeannie MacColl (Dennis Malarski); and his grandsons, Tyler and Bryson MacColl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Innisfree Recreation Centre (5024 54 St, Innisfree, AB T0B2G0).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to "STARS" or the "Heart & Stroke Foundation.".
