He was predeceased by: his parents, James Davis and Joy Kostiuk; his brother Kenneth Davis; his grandson Alex Heimdal; his nephews, Don Olson and Colton MacDonald; his great-nephew Darius Davis; his siblings-in-law, Shelly Davis, Ken MacDonald and Gary MacDonald; his grandparents, David, Gertrude Davis, Chester and May Hedman; and his pets, Buddy and Coco.
He is survived by: his children, Kent Davis (Tiffany) of Wainwright, AB, Stacey Heimdal (Roy) of Irma, AB and Amanda Kerr (Keith) of Blackfalds, AB; his grandchildren, Kiley Kerr, Kalen Kerr, Josie Davis, Natalie Heimdal, Nikolas Heimdal, Liam Heimdal and Veronika Heimdal; and his siblings, Dale Davis, Dennis Davis (Nora Masse), Dick Davis (Clarita), Doug Davis (Tracy), Dean Davis, Darcy Davis, Linda Cole and Lorrie Glass (Curtis).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the New Horizons Senior Centre (4913 50 St, Irma, AB T0B2H0).
If so desired, memorial contributions can be made to the Irma Fire Department, Stollery Children's Hospital or STARS.
