She was predeceased by: her husband Irving Bell; her sons, Garry and Darcy Bell; her son-in-law Brad Pierce; and her parents, Perry Powell and Doris Powell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bev Christensen (Dale) of Ardrossan and Val Pierce (Dewayne McConnell) of Irma, Alberta; her daughter-in-law Valerie Helm of Camrose, Alberta; her grandchildren, Ryan Christensen (Trish), Jodi Reade, Clayton Pierce (Michelle), Tyson Pierce (Brittany), Becky Pierce (Parker Lindseth), Selena McConnell and Stephanie Armstrong (Brad); her great grandchildren, Makayla, Taylor, Axel, Beckham, Siena, Scottie, McKenna, Bree, Reg and Malekai; and her sister Carol Hurley. She is also survived by numerous extended family and dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Irma School (5012 51 Ave, Irma, AB T0B2H0).
If so desired, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Irma United Church or to Communities in Bloom.
