He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew and Doris; his brothers, Joseph Balla and Henry Balla; and his brother-in-law John Kolody.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Forsyth; his siblings, Andre Balla (Gloria), Mildred Kolody, Greta Ringuette (Victor) and Carol Frechette (Louis); his sisters-in-law, Jeannette Raby and Barbara Forsyth; and his pet Ginger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
