He was predeceased by: his daughter Dana Misick; his parents, Daniel Misick and Catherine Misick; his sister Lillian Klutz; and his niece Lynn Misick.

He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Chopko (Chris) of Beaumont and Jodi Eldridge (Max) of High River; his grandson Tyler Eldridge; and his brothers, Ed Misick (Betty) of Sherwood Park, Walter Misick (Susanne) and Don Misick (Judy).
