It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Stanko (Jasper, Alberta), who passed away on May 30, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his father Steve Stanko; his wife Leanne; and his pets, Ernie and Rosie.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made in Steve's name to either.

He never treated you with anything less than respect no matter how silly the repair request on our VIA RAIL trains.
