He was predeceased by: his father Lenard Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Heather Cunningham; his children, Chase Cunningham and Austin Cunningham; his mother Rosemarie Cunningham; his siblings, Doug Cunningham (Carrie), Darlene Brausen (Joe), Louise James and Jason Cunningham (Mandy Strowger); his mother-in-law Evelyn Scott; and his brothers-in-law, John Moore (Lori), Ken Moore and Andy Scott (Debbie).
