He is survived by: his children, Shaylee Rose, Nathaniel, Jeremiah, Baby Carl, Eva Lasting, D'rosen Cardinal and Alexandria Littlestick Shirt; his parents, Robert Cardinal and Gloria Cardinal; his siblings, Carl Cardinal (Shannon), James Cardinal (Robyn), Joel Cardinal (Latasha) and Kathleen Cardinal; and his grandfather Beau Melvin Whitford (Sandra). He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins & friends.
A wake was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Kikino Community Centre (310 14th St, Kikino Metis Settlement, AB T0A2B0). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
