He is survived by: his sons, Gerald Hawkins (Susan Carter), Russell Hawkins (Denise) and Dale Hawkins (Samantha); his grandchildren, Michael Harrison, Brandon Harrison, Alexandra Harrison-Hawkins, Lynaya Hawkins, Aiden Shultz and Colton Hawkins; his great grandchildren, Kayson Grant and Zander Anderson; his siblings, Eldon Hawkins (Judy) and Laurel Hawkins; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Koehli (Pat) and Laverne Blaeser (Jack).
