She was predeceased by : her parents, Andrew Sorensen and Mary Sorensen; her daughter Janice (Bob); and her siblings, Chester, Esther (Bob), Hartley (Alice), Amy (Harold), Roy (Dorothy) and Ralph.
She is survived by : her husband Bob Peterson; her son Dennis; and her sister-in-law Jean Sorenson. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
