He was predeceased by : his parents, George Leslie and Bernice Leslie; his wife Gloria; his daughter Teresa; and his brother Ken.
He is survived by : his siblings, Sherry, Maxine, Karen and Frank. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
