We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2021, at the age of 89, Vern Erickson (Killam, Alberta) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vern Erickson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his wife Phyllis; his parents, Ted and Judith; his great grandchild Riley; and his siblings, Gilbert, Dorothy, Helen, Myrtle and Clarence.

He is survived by : his close friend Carol Hartung; his children, Larry, Norman (Rhonda), Darren (Gayleen), Shirley Parker and Cindy Jayme Blenkarn; his brother Marvin (Renata); his grandchildren, Sheryl (Keith), Sheriesse, Ryan (Brandy), Ashley (Andre), Nathan, Jarret, Bryce (Vero), Joel, Trina, Tyler, Eric and Amanda; his great grandchildren, Parker, Paige, Dylan, Carter, Jackson and Vera; and also Susan Van Hart (Ryan). He is also survived by friends, and extended family.

Donations in his memory will be gratefully accepted by Pleasington Historical Society (Forestburg, AB) or the Killam Cemetery Fund.
