She is survived by: her husband Robert Russell Desjarlais; her children, Terry Gadwa, Sandra Gadwa (Brian), Kristy Gadwa (Erica), Jennifer Gadwa, Leonard Jackson, Winona Jackson and Trina Jackson (Brendon); her grandchildren, Nevaeh, Sadie, Tanisha, Darion, Daniel, Damon, Tyrese, Hazen, Ryden, Lucien, Kolby, Nigel, Amek, Lehi, Xander, Xavier, Xane and Blaze; her great grandchildren, Noah and Imogene; her siblings, Ernest Cardinal (Violet), Jerome Cardinal (Michelle), Teresa Bray, Susan Desjarlais, Charlie Desjarlais, Alvina Desjarlais (Emil), Lorraine Berard-Whitford (Ronnie) and Dorothy Desjarlais; her godchildren, Gayle Desjarlais, Diane Ponicappo and Jesse Leonard Joseph Desjarlais; and her nephew James. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Beaver Lake Multiplex (2467 Cardinal Dr, Lac la Biche, AB T0A2C1).
