He was predeceased by: his close friend Bev Anderson; his parents, Clarence Anderson and Caroline Smallface Anderson; his grandparents, Clement and Mary Rose Smallface; his grandson Jesse-Lee Koebel; and his nephews, Riley Baldhead, Carson Liam Anderson and Russell Jr. Anderson.

He is survived by: his children, Jerome Anderson, Jolene Anderson and Gary Anderson; his grandchildren, Jay, Delaney, Justin, Jessica, Ty, Brayden, Kilee, Jolee, Jonee, Shelten, Zoey, Avery and Myla; his great grandchildren, Niko, Jed, Juanita and Kenai; and his sisters, Marlene Sharphead, Melva Campbell, Lorraine Anderson and Lisa Quintal. He is also survived by numerous adopted children nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.
