She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Stuparyk; her parents, Walter Maki and Ida Maki; her sister Aileen Yurdiga; her brothers-in-law, John Yurdiga and Steve Bereza; and her granddaughters, Tamara Boychuk and Melanie Worby.

She is survived by: her children, Carol Klooster (John), Coreena Werner (Barry), Coleen Plamondon (Claude), Crystal Boychuk (Brad) and Curtis Stuparyk (Angie); her grandchildren, Jonathan Werner (Roxanne), Ryan Worby, Joshua Klooster, Kayla Soluri (Joseph), Kelsea Gaudet (Christopher), Kylie Lafreniere (Curtis), Miranda Barna (Jayden), Kristopher Boychuk (Erin), Siara Stuparyk (Karson), Jasmine Stuparyk (Jeremy) and Chanel Klooster; her great grandchildren, Bentley, Aubrielle, Paisley, Buckley, Eden, Maverick, Declan, Violet, Elowen and Ember; and her siblings, Walter Maki (Marcelle) and Edna Bereza. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws & friends.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made in memory of Helen to the funeral home, to help cover the funeral expenses.
