He is survived by: his children, Teryl Lisa, Jason Wayne Douglas, Dawson and Sienna; his grandchildren, Morgan, Mattie, Michaela, Kendra, Natasha, Jason Jr. and Emerise; his great grandchild Mateo; and his siblings, Daryl (Mary), Deb (Dan), Dale (Vicki), Janet (Tim) and Scott John.
