Nicolas Joubert Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2022, at the age of 81, Nicolas Joubert of Lac la Biche, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hendrika Joubert and Jakobus Joubert; his siblings, Elsie Venter and Marthinus Joubert; and his brothers-in-law, Greeff Bakkes and Jan Venter.

He is survived by: his wife Cornelia Joubert; his children, Cobus Joubert (Sonja), Elna Schoeman (Piet) and Marika Birkill (Joubert); his grandchildren, Anelia Dalcos (Pano), Ricky Birkill, Nico Coetzer, Lara Birkill and Nadia Birkill; his great grandchild Stefano Dalcos; his stepgrandchildren, Adriaan, Ivan and Waldo; his sister Maryna Bakkes; his sister-in-law Bets Steenkamp; and his son-in-law Richard Birkill. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
