He is survived by: his children, Cathy, Willard (Maria), Brian (Marlene) and George (Marcia); his grandchildren, Dean, Charlotte, Tyrone, Tyson, Brianna, Blake, Kragen, Perci, Everly and Jude; his sisters, Dorothy Lewis, Louise Adby (Jim) and Mel Thompson; his niece Mona Washburn (Warren); his daughter Angela Lewis; his wife Shirley Lewis; and his brother Jackie Thompson Wake. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
