He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter, Gladys Kurasevich, John and Annie Kozakevich. He is survived by: his sons, Wyatt Kozakevich, Walter Kozakevich and Norman Kozakevich; the mother of his children Katrina; his parents, Wanda Kozakevich and Dennis Kozakevich; his sister Kristen Skoreyko (Travis); his nephews, Trace, Talen and Tatum; his uncles, Edward Kozakevich (Cherney), David Kozakevich (Lorraine), Norman Kozakevich, Jim Kurasevich and Doug Kurasevich (Candis); and his aunt Dianna Tkachyk (Leonard).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 13412 AB-881, Lac la Biche, AB T0A2C1.
