She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Belford; her parents, William Kemp and Myrtle Kemp; and her brothers, Edward, Clarence and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Shannon, Julie (Russ), Angella, Michael and James (Allie); her grandchildren, Alicia, Victoria, Robin, Jocelyn, Emily, Tomi-Lee, Jesse, Michael Owen and Ava; and her brother David Kemp. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
