Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Fran Smith of Lacombe, Alberta, born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, who passed away at the age of 82, on June 23, 2023. She is survived by : her husband Doug Smith; and her children, Wendy (Bob), Greg, Melanie (Joe), Annette (Jamie), Barb (Ray) and Jen. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
