He was predeceased by : his parents, Marvin Miller and Edith Miller; his sister Ella Barnes; and his brother-in-law Morris Barnes. He is survived by : his wife Yvonne Miller; his children, David Miller (Karen) of Kansas City, MO. and Diane Hollinger (Joe) of Lees Summit, MO.; his grandchildren, Joseph Miller (Cindy) of Omaha, NE., Zack Katzberg (Morgan) of Raymore, MO. and Brittany Katzberg of Grandview, MO.; and his great grandchildren, Brantley Katzberg, Mattielee Katzberg and Ora Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
