Though Norris may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Norris touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rangen and Clara Rangen; his wife Margaret; and his sons, Quinton and Curtis.

He is survived by: his significant other Gail Casey; his sons, Jonathan and Murray; his sister Elaine; and his granddaughters, Shay-Ann and Tristen. He is also survived by numerous extended family and dear friends.
