It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Phillip Thomas (Lacombe, Alberta), who passed away at the age of 76, on June 13, 2020. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Percy Thomas and Ann Thomas; his wife Eleanor; his children, Darren (Sorcha) and Lenora (Rick); his granddaughters, Niamh and Áine; his brothers, Percy Jr. (Marilyn), Harry (Donna), Doug and Mike (Debbie); and his sister-in-law Gwen. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and their children.
As will surprise no one who knew him, Phil wanted a wake (to be scheduled after COVID-19) be held after his interment in the Gilby Cemetery beside his parents.
