She was predeceased by : her husband Victor; her parents, Dmytro Dashkewich and Lena Dashkewich; and her brother Orest Dashkawich. She is survived by : her children, John Mayko (Pat), Les Mayko (Karen), Wayne Mayko (Pat), Dave Laschuk (Lori), Marie Gall (Tom), Anthony Laschuk (Shari), Bernadette Lentz (Kevin) and Loretta Bolt (Al); her grandchildren, Beth, Erin (Jamie Dziwenko), Tim (Josh Mayko), Austin (Rachel Mayko), Ryan (Kim Mayko), Aaron Laschuk, Courtney, Jason (Dane Gall), Meghan, Melinda (Allena Laschuk), Derek, Justin (Brenden Lentz) and Shaun (Ben Bolt); her great grandchildren, Logan, Brielle Mayko, William and Samuel Dziwenko; her brother Peter Dashkewich (Betty); and her siblings-in-law, Sonia Dashkawich and Nick Laschuk (Cassie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to covid restrictions, a private Divine Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 18, 2020 at Sts. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church in Mundare Alberta.

Memorial donations may be made to "Mass intentions" or to "Lamont Health Care Centre".
