We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2025, at the age of 92, Adelaide Ann Chizen (Leduc, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Petuh and Louise Petuh (Joseph); her great grandchild Maverick; her son-in-law Norman; and her siblings, Phil, Steve, Jean, Rose, Dorothy, Elsie, Coral and Shirley.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy (Erich), Mary, Stephen (Celia), Dan, Dave (Karen) and Donna; her grandchildren, Kirsten (Cody), Mark (Christine), Curtis, Dallas, Chantel (Keavan), Nathan, Colton and Josh (Payton); her great grandchildren, Payton, Pryce, Watson and Matilda; and her sister Joan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Adelaide's honour to the Bethany Care Society (4700-47 Ave, Sylvan Lake T4S 2M3).
