He is survived by: his wife Tammy Ellison-Radke; his daughter Kealey Ellison-Radke; his siblings, Donna Butterwick (Ross) and Perry Radke (Diane); his sister-in-law Sharon Radke; his parents-in-law, Deanne Ellison and Garry Ellison; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Radke (Kristy), Shauna Radke (John), Carson Butterwick (Danielle), Curtis Butterwick (Stacey), Alicia Noeth (Andy), Stephanie Vansil (Kyle) and Nicholas Radke (Lauren).
