With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Buelah Groenewoud in Leduc, Alberta, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Buelah left this world on November 2, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Louw; her siblings, Helen, Audrey, Irene, Bill and Ben; and her parents, Lloyd Petch and Edith Petch.

She is survived by: her daughter Connie Hopkins (Terry); her grandchildren, Melissa, Daniel and Michelle; her son Tony Leon Groenewoud (Donna); her granddaughters, Sara, Amanda, Brandy, Amber and Brenda Lee; her daughter Deborah Groenewoud; and her great grandchildren, Serafina, Santiago, Hayden, Edmund, Ava and Raylen.
