She is survived by: her husband Dave; her children, Shaun, Chad and Amber; and her siblings, Annette, Simone, Madeline, Marilyn, Bernard and Noel.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Tertiary Palliative Care, Unit 43, at the Grey Nuns Community Hospital in Claire's memory would be greatly appreciated.
