He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Pake; his wife Joyce; his sons, Harold (Leona), Wilbur (Linda), Tim (Debbie), Tom (Corry), Richard (Jackie), Fred (Melissa) and David (Marilyn); and his grandson Tal Evan Hofstra. He was also cherished by 27 grandchildren and 56 great grandchildren.
