With sadness, we share the passing of Darren Duane Schan (Leduc, Alberta). Darren passed away on August 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Darren Schan and Coreen Featherstone; his grandfather Duane Schan; and his uncle Darcy Schan. He is survived by: his daughter Daelynn; the mother of his child Jennifer; his siblings, Jen (Clyve Melanson) and Tyler Schan (Ashley); his grandparents, Sylvia Schan, Donna Coppieters and Peter Coppieters; his uncles, Donnie and Jimmie Schan; his aunt Darleen Schan; his stepmother Rhonda Schan; his great-uncle Peter (Teresa Hoare); and his nieces and nephews, Avalon, Athena, Ethan, Roddy and Daemen. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Serenity Chapel (4702 51 Ave, Leduc, AB T9E6Y8).
