She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Abel and Olga Abel; and her siblings, Oscar, Paul, Louis, Gordon, Roy, Clifford, Murray and Wanda Trost.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Barb Abel (Murray); and her siblings, Wes Abel (Helga), Eva Mason and Berna Dolan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
