He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Church and Esther Church; and his siblings, Marilyn Defoe (Merv), Donna Lange, George McKenzie (Joan) and Twylla Fuchs.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his daughters, Miranda Wells (Sterling) and Holly Church; his grandchildren, Austin, Nathan, Liam, Abigale and Oscar; and his brother Dale McKenzie (Virginia). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
