He is survived by: his daughters, Pam (Brett) and Lisa (Will); his granddaughter Mikayla; his siblings, Claire-Anne, Gilbert (Denise) and Laurence (Rose); and his friend Myrtle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in George's name to the Alberta Cancer Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society are greatly appreciated.
