He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Alfred and Ruth Aquilla; and his brother Donald Wayne. He is survived by: his wife Maxine; his children, David, Jason (Jane) and Sandy (Russ); his grandson Braden (Logan); his great grandchild Brynn; and his siblings, Alice Noreen (Dale) and Fredrick John (Ember). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
