He is survived by: his wife Ardith; and his great grandchildren, Adrienne Forest (Dave), Mitchell, Lukas, Devin Madsen, Catherine Belanger (Paul), Noelle, Alexander, Susanne Ripper (Darren), Connor, Andrew, David Forest (Jane), Nikolas, Emma and Jack. He is also survived by 4 sisters and many nieces and nephews.
