She was predeceased by: her husband Ludick; her daughter Rose Marie Neilson; and her siblings, Bill, George, Paul and Loretta.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Banack, Wayne Banack (Veronica), Jackie Hartman (Harvey) and Darin Banack (Karen); her son-in-law Bob Neilson; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Cory, Taylor, Shea, Tess, Jade, Kevin, Tammy, Greg, Ryan and Christina; and her great grandchildren, Logan, James, Hollie, Lizzie, Luke, Aria, Asher, Dane, Nora, Lena, Julian, Ella, Carter, Ariebella, Payton and Abby.
