He is survived by: his wife Joy Chapella; his stepson Melvin Combs; his mother Mary; and his siblings, Joseph Sinclair (Barb), Laurette Doyle, Veronica Prysiazniuk (Shawn), Sharon Yarn (James) and Doris Head.
