He was predeceased by: his wife Anne; his parents, Lawrence Tomaszewski and Marion Tomaszewski; his siblings, Walter, Tom, Julian, Alex, Sophia and Helen; and his siblings-in-law, Werner Wesenberg, Joe Pruneau, Thelma, Josephine and Alice.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Tomaszeski, Donna Tomaszeski and Lorie Fitzowich (Daren); his grandsons, Jason, Christopher (Angela), Matthew Wywal (Meryam), John and Justin Fitzowich; his great grandchildren, Elora and Wren Wywal; and his sister-in-law Cassie Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of floral tributes, memorial donations may be made to the Our Lady of Victory Church Cemetery Fund or a charity of one's choice.
