He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Lillian; his sister Sherry; his stepbrother Ernie; and his cousins, Brian Thompson and Ken Furrie (Diane).
He is survived by: his stepmother Jeanne Brooker; his brother Stephen Charchuk (Steffi); his stepsiblings, Colin Brooker and Marcia Kirkwood (Colin); his uncles, Ed Charchuk (late Helen) and Clarence Charchuk (Evelyn); his cousins, Jennifer Thompson (Chris), Joanne Thompson (Rick), James Thompson (Mariette), Sheila Whitman (Glenn), Erin Thompson, Heather Nadon (Dave), Gerald Furrie (Debra), Connie Viszlai (Stephen), Beverly Charchuk (Tim), Wayne Charchuk (Shelley) and Denise Nowicki (Colin); Isaac and Gabriel Brooker.
