She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Brooks and Ada Brooks of Leslieville, AB.; her brother Charlie; her siblings-in-law, Juliann Brooks and Warren Bamber; her father-in-law Ralph English; and her brother-in-law Dale English.

She is survived by: her husband Rod English; her son Jeremy Brooks; her sisters, Esther Thomas (Dave), Leanne Smith (Lyell), Elaine Bamber, Carol Laing (Roger) and Colleen (Terry McCaffrey); her mother-in-law Gayle; and her sister-in-law Diane Forsythe (Brad). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
