He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Earl, May Archibald, Chester Ferris and Helen Howe; his aunt Judy Archibald; and his cousin Craig Alan Archibald.

He is survived by : his wife Lacey (McGlenn); his children, Zona, Izack, Saphira, Kingston, Seranda, Reid, Tammie Haczkewicz (Calvin), Colleen Ekland (Bob) and Steven Smith (Sandra); his parents, Brenda Ferris and Chester "Sonny" Ferris; his sister Brenester "Brandie" Sunley (Greg); his nephew Jerrick; his niece Chessenda Harty (Ryan); his parents-in-law, June, Robert McGlenn, Jennifer Pollard (Edward) and Meagan Abrams (Jared); his grandchildren, William Kiselicka (Ashley), Patrick Kiselicka, Garth, Kieran, Cheyanne, Kelsey and Courtney; and his close friend Jared "Joe" Carmichael. He is also survived by his numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many friends.

Viewing was held on Monday, February 22nd 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Martin Brothers Riverview Chapel (610 4 St S, Lethbridge, AB T1J4P3). A private funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 23rd 2021 at 11:00 AM.
