She is survived by: her son Kent Nelson (Susan, family: Genevieve, Gianna, Eyrin Nelson, Alexandra, Austan, Anastyn) of Regina; her father Ken Brooks of Calgary; her sisters, Donna Downs of Creston and Devra Drewniak (Joseph) of Calgary; her brother-in-law Wilbur Card of Newfoundland; and her close friends, Marta Zuber (Wojciech, family: Ian, Oliver, Benjamin) of Taber and Krystyna Kleczek (Rafal, family: Aleksandra, Alicja) of Coaldale.
