He was predeceased by: his father Leif Erickson; his daughter Karen; his mother Regina Kube; his brother Allan Erickson; and his sister-in-law Beverly.

He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Beth Laberee of Strathmore, Lisa Erickson of Calgary, Adele Dalton (Aaron) of Calgary, Darla Erickson of Calgary and Scott Erickson (Danielle) of Lethbridge; his grandchildren, Sydney of Strathmore, Duncan of Strathmore, Arowyn Laberee of Strathmore, Ayden of Calgary, Tavio Mansilla of Calgary, Shirelle of Lethbridge, Grady of Lethbridge and Phoenix Erickson of Lethbridge; his brothers, David Erickson (Wanda) and Dale Erickson (Laurie); and his sister-in-law Rita Erickson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:20 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Forestry Avenue Chapel (4105 Forestry Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB T1K 4W3). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
