He was predeceased by: his wife Tina Reimer; his children, Sylvia, Ivy, Alec and Lionel; his siblings, John Reimer, Arnold Reimer, Clarence Reimer, Lily Friesen and Betty Froese; his siblings-in-law, Ed Friesen, John Barkman, Tony Kornelsen, Henry Kornelsen, Alvin Kornelsen, Bill Kornelsen, Cornie Kornelsen, Harvey Kornelsen, Stan Plett, Helen Kornelsen, Mary Kornelsen, Elizabeth Kornelsen, Darlyne Kornelsen and Yvonne Kornelsen; and his parents, Tina Reimer and Isaac Reimer of Landmark, Manitoba..

He is survived by: his son Andy Reimer (Sarah) of Redwood Meadows; his grandchildren, Troy (Gizem), Luke (Rylee), Katie, Jack and Emily; his children, Robert Reimer of Manitoba and Amy Viney (Trevor) of Lethbridge; his grandchildren, Payton (Kyle), Teagan and Griffin; his child Dorita Friesen (Korry) of Lethbridge; his granddaughter Alyssa (Desmond); his siblings, Esther Barkman, Bertha Harder (Henry), Walter Reimer (Margaret), Leonard Reimer (Mary), Wilmer Reimer (Pearl) and Vern Reimer (Flora); and his siblings-in-law, Dave Froese (Sylvia), Madeline Reimer, Minna Reimer, Susan Storey, Annie Penner (Elden), Elma Plett, Mary Loewen (Ken), Linda Kornelsen, Tina Kornelsen and Adina Kornelsen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
