He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Denise Kamphuis and Brad Kamphuis (Cindy); his siblings, Nicholas Brander (Melissa), Connor Kamphuis (Brittany Theissen), Simon, Elijah Kamphuis and Alexandria Kamphuis (Auryn Barnes); his uncle Derek Lewicki; his aunt Theresa Sterling; and his cousins, Shelbi Kamphuis, Bailey Fitch, Kassidy Gouw and MacKenzie Lewicki.
