He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Toth and Mary Toth; his siblings, Mike, Steve, John, Mary, Kay, Anna and Helen; and his son Jim.

He is survived by: his wife Verna Toth; and his children, Carmen Toth, Jeanette Viola (Ray), Jolayne Banack (Barry), Wayne Toth (Susan), Dennis Toth (Cindy) and Terry Toth (Debbie). He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and many cherished nieces and nephews.
