It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Keiko Tsukishima of Lethbridge, Alberta, who passed away on December 14, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Keiko Tsukishima to show support.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kohei Taguchi and Hashime Taguchi; her children, Grace Emiko Catt (Emiko) and Alan Tsukishima; her grandson Mark Tsukishima; and her siblings, Joyce Saruwatari, Tayeko Terakita (Mas), Noris Taguchi and Yosh Taguchi.

She is survived by: her children, Wayne Tsukishima (Amy), Brenda Tsukishima, David Tsukishima (Le) and Charlie Catt (Joanne); her grandchildren, Ryan Tsukishima (Jireh), Tom Tsukishima, Nicole Jacklin (John), Jennifer Catt and Doug Catt (Josee Blouin); her great grandchild Bentley Jacklin; her siblings, Kaz Takaguchi, Ken Taguchi and Chec Robinson (Charlie Price); and her spouse Tsutomu Tsukishima (Tom).

Later in life, COVID restrictions and Alzheimer's disease sadly took many of her fondest memories which included not being able to properly meet her third great grandson Atlas.

Those wishing to make a donation are asked to consider the Altzeimer Society of Alberta or the Buddhist Temple of Southern Alberta.
