He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby; and his sisters, Elsie Matsumura, Lil Tajiri and Joyce Thatcher. He is survived by: his children, Amy Stasiuk (Vic), Vickie Nakagama (Ken) and Kerby Yamamoto (Rshmi); his grandchildren, Sheena Holm (David), Kendra Nakagama, Joel Stasiuk (Erica), Kyle Nakagama (Kate), Ilisha, Ashaan and Ajay Yamamoto; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Emma Holm, Sofia and Zoe Stasiuk; and his sister May Matsumiya. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
