He was predeceased by: his brothers, Melvin and Gerald. He is survived by: his children, Brad (Shannon) of Nanaimo, BC, Carla Koyata (Alan) of Coaldale and Lynette Theriault of Calgary; and his sister-in-law Helen of Lethbridge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
